Programs

The seven pillars of our nonprofit

Pillar 1: Spiritual and emotional restoration

Help parents recover from emotional wounds, rejection, loneliness, grief, relationship breakdowns, and loss of confidence.

Activities include prayer and Bible study, healing and hope workshops, forgiveness classes, support circles, confidence-building sessions, and referrals to licensed counselors when needed.

Pillar 2: Mentorship, coaching, and parenting support

We pair single mothers and fathers with trained mentors who offer encouragement, accountability, and guidance.

Included in our parenting workshops are goal-setting, one-on-one coaching, healthy relationship education, conflict resolution, and family communication sessions.

Pillar 3: Education, computer literacy, and professional development

Prepare parents for employment, entrepreneurship, and long-term career advancement.

We offer basic computer classes, Microsoft Word and Excel, email skills, online applications, résumé writing, job interviews, AI literacy, professional communication, customer service, and administrative training.

Pillar 4: Financial management and economic independence

We teach parents how to manage money and build a stable financial future.

Our classes cover budgeting, saving, debt reduction, understanding credit, banking, household expenses, emergency funds, business finances, and financial planning for their children’s future.

Pillar 5: Personal image, grooming, beauty, and styling academy

This is one of our organization’s signature programs.

We teach everyday grooming, professional dressing, skincare, appropriate makeup, haircare, wardrobe planning, self-care, and personal presentation. Participants could advance into personal image consulting, wardrobe styling, beauty services, or related businesses.

Pillar 6: Children’s development and youth empowerment

Prepare parents for employment, entrepreneurship, and long-term career advancement.

We offer basic computer classes, Microsoft Word and Excel, email skills, online applications, résumé writing, job interviews, AI literacy, professional communication, customer service, and administrative training.

Pillar 7: Family bonding and community support

Rebuild strong family relationships and create a supportive community.

Organize family fun days, parent-child workshops, community dinners, educational outings, holiday celebrations, family prayer gatherings, health and wellness days, and volunteer service projects.

Signature Program

Single Parents Peace Castle’s signature program: The Restoration to Empowerment Journey

I would suggest creating a structured program that parents can complete over six months.

Six-Month Participant Journey

  • Month 1 — Healing and hope: Emotional wellness, spiritual encouragement, personal assessments, goal setting, and building trust.

  • Month 2 — Confidence and family restoration: Self-worth, parenting, communication, mentorship, and healthy boundaries.

  • Month 3 — Education and career readiness: Computer literacy, résumés, interviews, workplace skills, and career planning.

  • Month 4 — Financial empowerment: Budgeting, credit, saving, income planning, and entrepreneurship basics.

  • Month 5 — Personal image and professional presentation: Grooming, wardrobe styling, makeup, self-care, professional etiquette, and confidence.

  • Month 6 — Independence and graduation: Employment or business launch preparation, personalized action plans, certificates of completion, and a family celebration.

Each participant could leave with a personal development portfolio containing a résumé, household budget, career goals, professional photograph, and a six-month action plan.

Styling Academy

Build a Personal Image and Styling Academy

Here is the most exciting opportunity part of our vision. We create two training tracks.

Track A: Personal confidence and presentation

Available to all participants.

Teach personal hygiene, skincare, simple makeup, hair maintenance, dressing for body shape, building an affordable wardrobe, and dressing appropriately for work and everyday life.

Track B: Image consultant career training

For participants interested in earning income.

Cover color coordination, wardrobe consultations, client assessments, styling services, personal branding, business pricing, marketing, customer relationships, and building a client portfolio.

We will host an annual “Renewed Confidence Fashion and Empowerment Showcase”, where participants model outfits they have styled, demonstrate what they learned, and celebrate their achievements.

For specialized beauty services, we will get the applicable Texas licensing requirements. We will also distinguish our organization’s certificate of completion from an accredited professional credential.

Kids Connect

Programs specifically for the children

We believe children should not simply attend while their parents take classes. They should have their own opportunities to grow.

Age Group

Suggested Activities

Age 3 - 6

Storytelling, creative play, kindness lessons, art, and early learning

Age 7 - 12

Homework assistance, confidence clubs, STEM projects, reading, and leadership

Age 13 - 17

Parent and Child Dream Builders Day

A special Parent and Child Dream Builders Day is a powerful event that we believe will bring families together to create vision boards, share goals, pray together if they wish, and plan for their futures.

For all our programs involving minors, establish background checks, safeguarding policies, appropriate supervision ratios, parental consent, and clear reporting procedures will be carried out.
